Refund policy

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold.

Once the products are sold they cannot be exchanged for replacement as each of the products are customised.

In case the order is cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, the full amount including shipping charge would be refunded via the same mode of payment within 3-5 working dates.

Products that have been customised as per clients requirements such a custom sizing or custom design will not be eligible for an exchange. Accessories are not eligible for exchange.
